Actuarial Analyst
 

You Will:

Support the delivery of core non-life actuarial activities, including reserving, pricing, capital modelling, and risk management. The successful candidate will contribute to data-driven insights, Solvency II compliance, and continuous improvement of actuarial processes, working closely with both internal teams and senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate / Master degree or equivalent in any of the following disciplines: Actuarial Science, Mathematics and / or Statistics.
  • Part-qualified actuary with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Non-Life actuarial field, member of a recognized international actuarial body with good progress in exams and willingness to pursue further actuarial credentials.
  • Proven knowledge and practical experience of the work undertaken by the Actuarial Function with specific attention to non life reserving and capital calculation as per the requirements of the Solvency II.
  •  Proven knowledge and practical experience of liability modelling under IFRS17.
  •  Excellent knowledge to model in Microsoft Excel and coding in VBA is a must with strong data analytical skills with specific attention to good model and data governance and auditability.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision accompanied by excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a team environment in several projects simultaneously, managing time effectively with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Experience in working in multiple projects in multiple countries will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
